Mediterranean 4-Plex Revival

Incredible restoration of this rare Portland property located in one of the most desirable parts of the city.  The attention to detail was impeccable, from the era-appropriate interior finishes, to the stucco restoration and ironwork.  Of course modern updates such as windows, electrical and plumbing were done in such a way as to not affect the charm of the property.
